LOVE AND LIGHT

LOVE AND LIGHT

Love and light

What has now become a habitual pattern of being consciously awake at 3:30- 4:00 I now use this interrupted sleep as a constructive time to reflect, imagine, meditate, heal, prepare, think, and plan the ideas and concepts I focus to become me.

This morning I became consciously aware of the thinking of who am I and where do I come from? The following are my thoughts from this interrupted sleep.

Who am I?

I was a being created of Love and light.

Where do I come from?

I come from the realm of the Absolute…pure consciousness.

What is my purpose for being here at this time?

To experience my choices.

What is the reason or meaning in my life?

You have no inherent meaning or reason for being here, but you may find reason and meaning from the experiences you choose.

In the realm of the absolute from which you came, that energy is pure love and light, the most creative and powerful frequency vibration of energy. This energy is pure consciousness, infinite intelligence, the source of life itself not fully understood and appreciated by religion or science. This energy may be what most people refer to as God, Buddha, Allah, etc.

This energy frequency vibration is what allows it to be what it is…love and light. It can’t be anything else the frequency at which it vibrates determine what it is. This intelligent energy wanted to know what it felt like to be human, but couldn’t. So, it did the next best thing. It had to change its frequency of energy to a slower, lower vibration to experience the physical world of relativity. In doing this energy transformation it made an agreement to the mind of the person it would join in the physical world at birth. This energy we call soul, spirit or higher self. The agreement was it would never interfere with any choice made by the mind as to how it desired to experience its choices while on earth. The spirit would simply be an “observer” of the choices made by the mind. It would have access to all the experiences chosen by the mind of the person, but would not interfere or pass judgment on the choices made.

The only decision made by the mind which can be overturned by the spirit is when and how the physical being will die or leave his earthly experiences. Now, the mind still has absolute control of his life by choosing to take his own life at any time during his/her experience of being human.

The Mind aspect also had to make an agreement or promise itself rather than the spirit or soul. In order for the mind to have exclusive power and control over its physical life on earth, it had to agree to “forget” its connection to his higher self (spirit or soul). This is the only way the mind could use its greatest gifts…life and free will to choose. If the soul could interfere with the choices and decisions of the mind, what would be the point of allowing the mind free will to choose an experienced it desired if it could be overruled by the soul? The answer is, NONE. As part of the mind’s power, it can create its own identity, titles, positions, or images and change them simply by making another choice.

This identity we call the ego is a false idea, an illusionary construct of the way the mind desires to be viewed and perceived. The mind also had the ability to create habitual thoughts, actions and feelings to create the reality of that physical experience. In other words, the mind will have the power to create its entire experiential reality…in total. In a sense, people create an illusionary world in which they find themselves living…even if they hate it.

The unappreciated values of free will to choose is that there is no quota as to how many choices you have or how often you can choose to make another choice. Many choose a negative situation and will dwell within it for days, months even years before realizing they could have prevented all the heartache, fear, worry, doubt, anxiety, frustration and disappointment by simply making another choice 5 seconds after making the first one which caused all the suffering, pain and discomfort. The mind has abilities from both the spirit and the mind. The mind is not bound by the physical body like the brain, yet many of its abilities are through the functioning of the brain. The mind is not limited to our perception of time or distances in space. Our use of imagination transcends time/space illusion.

The third aspect of being human would be the physical body of the individual. The body would serve as the vehicle to perform all the physical actions directed by the mind. So, now, we have a spirit, soul, or the higher self, the Mind/ Body as the three aspects which make up the human being.

The body’s function is to do whatever actions are commanded by the mind. The body has a motherboard, a computer-like storage chip (subconscious) as part of the brain’s functions. The brain has two primary functions, first, to protect the organism, the body itself. It does this by the use of the 5 external senses which act as defensive and protective detection sensors.

The brain is housed in the skull because it is the thickest and strongest bone of the body. The brain is located at the top of the body for a better vantage point of seeing. The ears, eyes, nose, mouth are positioned on the face for easy access to the brain and the entire surface of the body, the skin as the sense of touch or ( touch) feel sensitivity. It would be much more difficult to protect the organism if all these warning detection devices were located on the feet. The design of the human body is a miracle in design and functionality.

The brain’s second function is to maintain the 9 systems of the interior body. The brain does this automatically without your conscious awareness. Only when your internal system malfunction, is diseased or weakened through illness will you be consciously aware.

We have created areas of separation among these three aspects. We interact with these aspects as separate from each other and in so doing we created the separations and create limits between them when we treat them as separate. In truth the three are meant to be integrated, complete, whole and as one. In dealing with them as separate we automatically create different ways in dealing with them. The concept of harmony and balance is with uniting all three aspects as one homogenous, fluid, connected reality.

The mind/body concept can be more easily understood and appreciate because we believe the mind and body occupy the same organism. The truth is the brain and body occupy the same being. The mind is not a physical part of the body, it does not occupy a position or location in or on the body. The mind is free to “move about” and not be physically limited within the body. The direct relationship to the mind is thoughts. The direct relationship to the body is feeling. The direct relationship to the spirit is through our ability to remember who we are and where we came from. Only through this ability to remember your connection to the love and light of your origin will you be whole, complete, one. Until then you will be experiencing the many programs your brain has been taught to believe is true. Your constant, consistent, continual programming through repetition (learning process) will only keep on the treadmill repeating and reliving programmed thoughts, actions, experiences and feeling of your past.

I think athletes more than any other expressions closely allows us to feel the integration, integrity when they are in the “zone”. It that feeling of experiencing yourself and one in which the spirit, mind/body expresses itself as the very same energy. If you listen to the best athletes of any sport being interviewed and they are asked, How do you feel when you perform flawlessly, effortlessly, naturally, they will have a difficult to express it words because feelings are the language of the body, you can’t describe it in words, they are never adequate or sufficient to express what you feel. The Michael Jordan’s, Tiger Woods, Roger Federer’s, Pele’s, Reynaldo’s and Messi’s of the world often perform in these states heightened awareness. Their performances have reached this unification of spirit, mind/body expression of excellence.
